My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is in a great location for the ferry and local attractions, but the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some modernization. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were helpful in a pinch. However, noise from other guests was quite disruptive at times, making it less than ideal for a restful night's sleep.
